Skate Mutual Aid

We believe everyone deserves access to the materials necessary to ride a skateboard regardless of their financial situation! The “Push It Forward” skate mutual-aid project is an organized effort to collect used boards and skate goods and redistribute them to our community. With support from local skaters and skateshops, big thanks to Eastern Boarder, we have been able to turn hundreds of boards left for the trash bin or under some skaters bed into a young shredder’s first real set up. Just like the local shop keeping that stuck of old boards under the desk, or the older homie leaving shoes not quite ripped through at the skatepark bench, we are simply pushing it forward so that anyone who wants to skate can skate! Use the forms above to make a request, or to coordinate a donation.

Solidarity Not Charity

Mutual aid is a voluntary reciprocal exchange of resources and services for mutual benefit. Mutual aid projects are a form of political participation in which people take responsibility for caring for one another and changing political conditions. If you are in need of anything beyond skate materials check the Mutual Aid Worcester Facebook Page!
